Independent Living Ability – Able to manage daily self-care (such as bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene) without assistance. 3. Mobility – Should be able to move around safely on their own or with minimal support (e.g., cane, walker). 4. Financial Stability – Must have reliable income (retirement, pension, veteran benefits, or other source) to cover rent and living expenses. 5. Community Readiness – Willing to live respectfully in a shared home environment, with consideration for fellow residents.
